Ever After: an intimate post-birth series for new mothers

Motherhood is an exciting chapter that begins the rest of your life. With it, comes new joys and challenges for the first-time mother.

What to expect:

  1. Roles, Needs & Boundaries - Communicating and navigating role transitions with your partner and family members

  2. Take Care of Yourself - Covering post-partum depression, baby blues, and self-care

  3. The Milky Way - Everything about breastfeeding: questions, concerns, techniques, resources, and advice

  4. Loving Deeper - Mother/baby attachment and growing with your partner

  5. You ARE Good Enough Realistic expectations of motherhood and returning to work
