What is EFT?

EFT works on the body’s energy meridian system to relieve emotional and physical discomfort. EFT helps identify and release trapped emotions, which are often harmful emotional energies from negative past events. These trapped emotions often show up as chronic pain, self-sabotage, addictions-including overeating, and fears & phobias. Releasing these hidden emotions can help correct the problem or make it more manageable in your day to day life.

EFT uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, and combines them with Acupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on 12 acupuncture points. EFT is gentle and safe, and can produce exceptional results.

EFT can help with the range of emotions you may be feeling about pregnancy, birth and parenting. The goal is to reduce the emotional intensity around your current thoughts and get to the core issue or reason, of why you’re feeling the way you do.
